Out of many technologies available at Continental Milkose for food processing, Spray drying is one of our core competencies in contract manufacturing and private label spray dried products. Spray Drying is a rapid, continuous, cost-effective, reproducible and scalable process for the production of dry powders from a fluid material by atomization through an atomizer into a hot drying gas medium, usually air. Often spray-drying is considered only a dehydration process, though it can also be used for the encapsulation of hydrophilic and hydrophobic active compounds within different carriers without substantial thermal degradation like flavour encapsulation/flavor spray drying, even of heat-sensitive substances due to fast drying (seconds or milliseconds) and relatively short exposure time to heat. The solid particles obtained have relatively narrow size distribution at the submicron-to-micron scale.
Being as a leading GMP Spray Drying Manufacturer, Continental Milkose has a state of art infrastructure facility with strict compliance to cGMP guidelines. The overall process flow has been designed for maximum flexibility to provide opportunity for new product development.
The facility is offered for contract manufacturing of various products as per client requirements. The products can be packed in various form factors like Jars, Monocartons, Sachets or Bulk Bags.
